Are there any restrictions during the free trial?
You can utilize all the features and options as our paid plans! You can add private repos, and receive immediate analysis results without limitations. Our 14 days trial period starts once you add your first private repo. Try Sider with your real production app on our trial plan, free of charge.
What happens when the trial period ends? Will I be charged automatically?
If you haven’t upgraded your plan when the trial periods ends, we will stop analyzing your private repos. We won’t ask for your credit card details until a plan is upgraded, so no charges will be made.
How can I change or cancel the plan?
You can change number of seats or cancel your plan at any time from our web app. All changes are made immediately, while payments are prorated and will be reflected on your next billing cycle.
What is a seat?
A seat is a license for one user that allows them to use Sider in private repositories.
Do all users in my GitHub organization need to have seats?
Users who don’t use Sider, don't need to have a seat purchased.
What happens if a user doesn’t have a Sider seat assigned?
Those without seats are not able to access, analyze or review pull requests with Sider in private repositories.
Can I re-assign an already purchased seat to a different user?
Yes, you can do so at any moment in the organization’s user settings.
What happens if someone with an assigned seat gets resigned or was otherwise removed from the GitHub Organization?
Sider cannot automatically remove seats even if the user is no longer part of the organization, please manually un-assign the seat in the organization’s user settings and downgrade your plan.
Will the Pull Requests of a user without a seat be analyzed by Sider?
No, Sider will only analyze pull requests created by users with assigned seats.
